I have just returned from a touring holiday at Haven’s Blue Dolphin 13 Aug 07.

I must say first yorkshire is a lovely place to holiday with some fantastic scenery. On arrival to the camp it was very busy i have not seen so mant tents/caravans on one park before. We soon discoverd that facilities were dirty and inadequate for the amount of tourers present.

The showers did not work and trickled down the wall there was sewage floating around the mens sinks. Apparently we were told they are constantly vandalised. There are hundreds of people yet 3 sinks to wash up so you either had to wait or do it in the evening quite late.

The pool is quite a walk from the touring pitch and it was very small again for the amount of people staying there and again unclean changing facilities.Top tip take flip flops to wear in showers.

We will return to yorkshire but never to this park again.

It was our first holiday with Haven.

The caravan was really clean, and comftable. The parks were very child freindly, and the bars and shows were so good we never missed a night. The staff were very helpfull and the kids adoard them.

It was one of the best family holidays we have ever had we enjoyed it so much we are coming again this year.

Thank you for a great holiday and cant wait to come back.
