One thing I recommend if you go for a week or so have a wee day in air!

Ive been to craig tara for 4 years now, 3 times a year. Its the best holiday place for a family. Lots to do and the fun stars are the best!

Our little 3 year old is always talking about his friend Jade who he met for 2 years, and still loves her. Last year he fell for kerrie and jodie. Everyone in ireland who knows this child knows all about these people.

Cant wait for easter to get back again

Myself, my partner & our wee boy are just back from a break. It was fab all round, I don’t understand why Haggerston Castle gets the star award. Been there last year, I can assure you Craig Tara is by far the better park.

Can’t wait to go back again…

Hi. Craig Tara is the best i luv it.

The funstars are realy friendly and they made the entertainment fun. The pool there is fab and so is everything else.

I’ve been to 3 haven site and they are all good. I have also been to Butlins minehead witch is crap. I would never go back to butlins but i cant wait to go back 2 Craig Tara. I went in may 08 and had so much fun.
The accommodation there was grate but because there was so much 2 do i didnt realy spend much time in it.

The funstars made the holiday grate the are all fab and i luv all of them. phil, ash, carl, stu, denise, april, jade and amy.

The last time i was there i ended up dancing on stage in the kids club and i was fab after that funstar phil wet me witch wasnt so good but it was still fun. i love all the party dances.

I had a brilliant time thanks.

We have been to Craig Tara 3 times so far this season and I am just about to book again for the October break.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the ‘Funstars’ actually seem to enjoy what they are doing. They provide fun family entertainment without patronising the children or being sarcastic. (I observed some poor entertainment at another |Haven site where this was the case).

The pool was clean and had plenty of space to accomodate a large amount of guests. I have been in peak season too, so it was very busy, but surprisingly easy to access facilities without queing.

I have been to the park on both a Self-Catering and Half Board basis and enjoyed both. The food was good and there was plenty of choice. The kitchen staff are rigorous about recieving your meal tickets for half board customers, and can verge on rudeness at times. However a lot of the staff we encountered in there were Polish, so I feel there was a communication barrier.

We have recieved clean accomodation in caravans and chalets. It is a shame that the half board chalets do not have any kitchen facilities but we made do.

Ayr is a lovely place and we have found plenty to keep us all occupied. We did travel around Scotland a bit and found it a good base, whatever the weather, for some family fun!
