Had heard a few stories of filthy caravans/ swimming pools prior to going but our caravan was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The pool was also very clean.

Our heating stopped working during our stay, someone was with us and had it fixed within 10 minutes of our phone call – excellent service.

The only reason I have given a score of 9 instead of 10 is due to the fact that we did not feel there was a lot for our two year old to do if the weather was not great – an indoor soft play area would make this site perfect.

We have just had the most fantastic 4 days at Haggerston.

Having read some of the reviews on the cleanliness I packed antibacterial sprays etc .I neednt have worried the caravan was clean ,it was perfectly situated for access to all amenities .

The activities eg climbing ,abseiling ,target shooting to name but a few were a great success with our 11 year old they were well supervised by enthusiastic members of staff .The funstars worked extremely hard to ensure the evening entertainment held something for everyone.

We loved every minute of our holidays and would definitely consider returning next year

Was fab! My family went there was Mums Dads Grannys Papas Aunts Uncles And then the kids! Every1 of us loved it. Real family holiday! 🙂 Yes there was some chavs but they didnt spoil our holiday one bit. A holiday is about who you are with and what you make it.

Caravan was clean and serviceable. The park itself was clean.

We loved the lake with all the swans and other wildlife.

Evening entertainment was quite good, alot better than the other sites i have been to. The funstars were brilliant, kris and wilma especially.

Hoping to come back in the near future.

All my grand children had a good time and so did the grownups.

Went to haggerston castle at easter 2008 march. we hired a private caravan which was immaculate. the site though was not immaculate.it was heaving u couldnt move yes it was a bank holiday weekend

i have been 2 other sites at this time of year but never anything like this. it was also dirty the site carnabys where the kids shows are was filthy and stank,

it was also freezing the whole site you had 2 sit with u coat on all nite.

this site is a dump dont know how this is a 5star park dont go there unless u like been pushed knocked in 2 and enjoy listenig 2 chavs sat swearing and drinking and theire badly behaved kids running riot avoid this place at all costs.

it was an amazing 4 days. the shows and entertainment were amazing, the staff were really friendly and the fun stars were great. the only negative was that there was a tractor that kept speeding up and down the road with large gas bottles on the front.
