Once again i booked through sun holidays but this time took my 2 dogs with me paying the fee for both, In view this i thought our caravan may have been diffrent but was very pleased to find it wasnt .

We were situated in a good location at the back of the site which suited us just right having no children with us.

The site was clean i bumped in to security several times on my early morning walk. The beach was near for walks everyone was most helpful.

The caravan had all we needed for our stay the dogs loved it. It did take me a while to locate the Dog waste bins.May be a few more around site would be helpful.

We had a great family holiday, the staff were brilliant, always happy to help.

We were on the Touring site, everythinhg was clean showers were great. The euro pitches were fantastic, loads of room.

Fish and chips were lovely and nice meals in the Mash and Barrel, really good service.

    Entertainment brilliant.

We will be coming back next year.

We booked Deluxe accomodation and it was really nice and clean. We have been to haven parks for the past six years and this park is definately the best one we have been to.

Our caravan was next to the beach but not to far away from the amenities.

We liked it so much we have booked for September 2011.

Very nice holiday park, entertainment was really good and lots to do on the site.

On arrival we were given the keys to a chalet, this was the only downfall as the chalet was so dated and didnt smell very nice, they are in serious need of refurbishment, the kitchen was falling apart, there was no shower and only three comfy seats and there was 5 of us, all adults.

It wasnt suitable in the slightest and we didnt expect to be given such low standard accomodation. We complained at the reception and asked if we could be moved to a caravan but they said they couldnt move us till the next day as they were booked up, so we had to put up with it for a night. We couldnt park outside the chalet so instead had to park in a car park, a walk from the chalet so was a bit of a nuisance as we had to carry all our stuff to the chalet to take it back again the next day.

The next day we were allocated a caravan and this didnt even compare to the chalet, the caravan was absolutely gorgeous, nearly brand new so we were pleased and could then enjoy our holiday.

My advise is make sure you get a caravan and not a chalet. I think the only good thing about the chalet was all the jokes afterwards that we made about it.
