    :

Just come back from a brilliant 4 nights at Primrose Valley. We upgraded to a superior plus which was lovely, very warm and clean.

All the staff were very nice and helpful, the swimming pool is great and spotless both my 1 year old and 4 year old loved it.

The entertainment on an evening was good to. Drinks were very expensive thou. We had a meal in the mash and barel which was nice but over priced

All in all was a great break and will be booking again next year.

    :

Park was fab, lots to offer, lots to do. Close to loads of attractions for younger children. We had three 3 year olds a baby and 4 adults in 2 caravans. They put us in the furthest caravan away so weather was amazing but we had to drive to complex after the kids couldn’t walk all way.

Food from mash and barrel was really expensive and awful. Kids park was covered in gas man working tape so we assumed it ment wet paint and avoided till the last day of our holiday figuring it must be dry… All three kids clothes covered, maybe should have been painted before the start of season

Pool was great, the kids loved it. And was spotless. Have to que when busy but band system used. We paid for prestige caravan… Not the cleanest I’ve stayed in but took spray luckily. Entertainment for kids was good aimed at kids bit older then ours but they still enjoyed it. fab place, easy mistakes could have been improved though.

August 2006 – We pre-booked a three night pitch online as the web page stated there were only 6 pitches left. On arrival, we were told there was no space left and we were put onto the overflow field. Well, I call it a field!! Refugee camps are much dryer and flatter than the hilly mudbath we had to endure!

Some customers had to have their vehicles towed out of the mud by other campers. The toilet block was approx 500 yards away through a muddy copse and ditch (or 5 mins drive to the next site – if you could get your car out of the mud!)

There was a warden patrolling, who would sort any problems. At least, I was told there was!

We did write to Haven via their feedback form, but nothing was heard. So, next time we go to a camp site, it’ll be a nice quiet farm type with cows, sheep and a shower block next door.
